Returns & Refunds policy

Southern Spaces does not accept returns or offer refunds unless a product is supplied faulty.

Every product is carefully checked prior to dispatch. If you receive a faulty product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

If a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will assess whether repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate under Australian Consumer Law.

In limited circumstances where a return is mutually agreed:

  • A 35% restocking and handling fee will apply

  • Original shipping charges are non refundable

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Products must be unused and returned in original packaging

Once returned goods are received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed within 7 days.
